• All payments must be made through valid banking channels — cash, cheque, NEFT, RTGS, or UPI
• A formal written agreement must be executed within the stipulated timeframe after booking
• Failure to execute the agreement may result in forfeiture of the booking amount
• All taxes, stamp duty, and registration charges are payable by the buyer unless otherwise agreed

Site visits are arranged by appointment only. SVS Builders & Developers shall not be responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage during a site visit. Visitors must follow all safety guidelines on-site. The Company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel visits due to construction activities or weather conditions.
